Clear Acne from Face
As a teen and even a young adult I dreaded this. Acne was one of the things I couldn’t stand the most. I was so embarrassed and got it pretty bad. Some people have oily skin and are much more prone to acne than others. Usually all teens have gotten a pimple even once. I’ll write down the best ways to treat and avoid acne.
Eat a lot of fruits. Fruits are extremely healthy and great nutrition for your skin. Apples, Kiwi, grapes, pears, avocado are extremely good. Eat an orange every morning, it works pretty well. You need to get more vitamins in your diet!
Avoid fried foods and drinking lots of soda. At a young age, eating and drinking these foods may be okay for your overall diet, but not for the look of your skin. Try drinking more fruit juices instead of pop. Avoid chocolates as well.
Drink 8 glasses of water every day. Water flushes out the toxins in your skin. So drink plenty of water and you’ll definitely notice an improvement in your overall health of your skin.
Use proactive skin products. It’s been along time since I’ve used any acne treatments. So maybe there’s something better than this now, but this was the most useful medicine I used growing up. You have to order them I believe. Get the toner, lotion, and cleanser. I couldn’t begin to tell you how great these products work on your skin. I recommend it.
Stop popping zits. I know, kind of gross, but it also something you should never do. Don’t rub your face a lot, or itch at it. It’s only going to make it worse. You’re just going to create more pimples by popping them. Avoid touching your face a lot. Your skin is very sensitive, especially the face.
Avoid washing your face with soap. Washing your face with soap can create even more pimples. Wash your face with water, or a face cleanser. No soap.
Put sour cream on your face. I’ve heard this helps and can even remove acne scars. Apply to your face, leave it there for 20 minutes, then rinse with warm water.
Take Vitamin E. Extremely important vitamin for the health of your skin. Take one supplement everyday.
